CrackArt is just a user interface for SceneEngine, and SceneEngine can be used to process .sceng scenes without launching CrackArt.
SceneEngine 3rd party plugins are interchange plugins for other applications that save and load files in SceneEngine's file format (.sceng)
ScEngLua is a SceneEngine scripting language. It can be used to automate repetitive tasks, combine existing functionality in new ways, develop new tools and user interfaces and much more.

ScEng was designed to be highly portable, there are no User Interface and it contains only c++ code with links to the standard library and boost library.
